1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 3636 jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 3636 jl website located at https://3636jl.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 3636 jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. In compliance with Philippine regulations, the following funding sources are strictly prohibited: (a) credit cards for gambling deposits; (b) cryptocurrency of any kind. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable bonus terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
